The movie begins with, Madhu Bhagla Ishaan Khattar , a youth college student from a middle-class family wins an eating competition contest and he collects his from Parthavi Singh Janhvi Kapoor , a rich girl from a wealthy and political family who also studied in the same college as Madhu.

Madhu impresses Parthavi, but in the process, he suffers a minor injury. They started to develop feelings for each other. Madhu returns to his family Hotel, where his father tells him and he promises to stay away from her since she is from a powerful and upper caste family. After promising his father, Madhu started ignoring Parthavi at college. But later she comes face to face with Madhu for ignoring her in the college.

Madhu and Parthavi accept their love for each other and start meeting secretly. While kissing each other, they are exposed by her father. Her brother Roop and her father politician Ratan Singh Ashutosh Rana beat Madhu and his friends, but are stopped and told by the inspector to wait for the election results for further punishment. As soon as the election is over, Madhu and his friends are arrested on untrue charges which are registered by Ratan Singh.
