I have news for you but there were no such thing as Germanic headhurlers or Gaulic screaming women or worse yet Roman Arcani aka Roman ninjas lurking the battlefield.
Nor is being able to turn every city into a megafortress realistic. Rome II developers at least had the sense to do away with those silly units and ridiculous overpowered mechanics.
